Through the combined generosity

this creative day of input, dialogue, and discussion
is a generous gift to you
to further develop your own mentoring skills.

The best of mentoring brings life to the whole person.  You will learn about looking at life, yours and those you mentor, through the life-giving Circle of Life Mentoring Model. This encourages us to look at life in 8 Dimensions…that which encompasses a whole life…no matter your age or the age of those you mentor.

Most mentoring, though often well intended, focuses only on one or two areas of a person’s life, project or work.  However we are integrated humans who flourish when all of our lives are understood and are functioning in a life-changing, life-giving harmony that begins with who we are and are becoming at the core/center of our lives.  We explore and discover who we are designed and created to be…to reflect our Triune God in every dimension of our lives.

As mentors, whether working with Christ-followers or not, we need to be living the wholeness we long to impart to and nurture in those we mentor.  This workshop will challenge your own soul, and give you creative, dynamic guidelines in mentoring those who long to live as whole persons themselves, no matter their gender, age, culture or education.

Wes Roberts, a 1976 graduate of Denver Seminary, is the Founder of Leadership Design Group (LDG), formed in 1980.  Much of what you will learn and take away for your own life and work began to take shape during his graduate studies.  In 2011 he was honored at the seminary graduation, by the commendation of the faculty, for his “exceptional investment and effectiveness demonstrated in mentoring Denver Seminary students.”  His evolving commitment to training mentors, worldwide, has grown into LDG’s Mentoring Development Team, with men and women who are continuing to form and create the best of thinking and processes about mentoring emerging leaders.

This workshop will be taught by both a seminary mentoring director and those on LDG’s team.  You will be gaining insights and encouragement from these men and women that will propel you into a deeper, more thorough experience of being the mentor you have been designed to be.

Remember, space is limited.

You will need to register by Friday, October 2, 2015.

This would be an excellent day to spend with your entire leadership team.

The day will begin promptly at 8:00am. There will be a lunch break from 11:30am to 1pm.  The afternoon session will be from 1 to 4:30pm.  The dinner break will be from 4:30 to 6pm.  The important concluding session will take us from 6-9pm.
